Why this npc missing from few days on NM?

Nothing more to say excpect - where is Mulia on NM. He was there before 3-4 day. NOw?
Disabled, buged, baned...?
May be now we will recived answer like for summon friend  - "asap,soon"

He is currently disabled,because i am testing something and trying to make something regarding to apella and i guess u can live few days without that npc,wait a bit.
