Skill details in official Gracia Final aka CT2.3

NC korea had posted most of skill effect in detail. Kamael skills are left behind tho. (uploaded) As always, please remember that is about Gracia Final and also those are not reliable atm. Lots of details on recent skill list are different from Gracia part 2 but there was no such updates announced at past updates.

There is written about skill effect in detail from CT2.3 (you can read it in decrypted skillname-e.dat). There are some wrong description (as always) but most of those are correct.


Btw, these are some hot topics in CT2.3 updates in official.

- Lv.80 skills that requires spell forces/battle forces are no more requiring forces.
- Spell Books and Amulets are not required any more to learn skills (except for skills that can be learn by using book/amulet and Divine Inspiration)
- Dropped items are going to vanish automaticaly in 10 mins.
- Limit of recovered exp at death is set to 90% of lost exp. (no more 100% recovery with apella+clan skill+clan hall)
- All skill reuse delay has been changed to be static.
- Cost of skill enchanting is decreased by 90% (1/10), safe enchant by about 83% (1/6)
- Added another way to get "bloody pipet knife" besides hitting Baium. (Available by hunting mobs in ToI)
- Effects of grade penalty is increasing as the grade of equiped item gets higher.
- Olympiad reward system has been changed.
