New launcher contains virus?

finally the new HB launcher is here, now i downloaded it (very low speed.. normaly megaupload would give me max. speed but..) but on the end, my anti-virus scanner picked it up as a trojan.themida? Sure, i will download it again and disable my anti-virus but can someone tell me why it contains a virus?
