as far as i remember icarus weapons r from gracia.and a friend of mine told me that dyn weapons r actually traded by normal S grade weapons.

i found a blacksmith on that island and he was tradeing dyna recipes and parts for evil shards wich are droping as i saw on the mobs from that island. The amount of shards didnt seem to be so big.
