Crossbow weapon

Was wondering if the only crossbow available weapons are dynasty and icarus and can only be bought at donny OR if they spoil somewhere starting from C to S grade.

I was in the same situation as you, since I didn't know anything about kamaels, so :
There's a skill to learn : Change Weapon, you have to get a SB buyable in grocery store (at Giran at least). Then you simply have to wear the weapon you want to change to a kamael weap and use the skill.
For example, buy a D grade bow (no matter which one), wear it, and use the skill... TADAAA you just obtained a D grade CrossBow!

You can switch back to the normal weapon by using again the skill.

This skill is for rapier too or what? I mean where the hell are the rapiers for Kamael (no shadow weapon)

one hand swords -- > rapiers
two hand swortds --> ancient swords
bows --> crossbows

and yeah it's permanent but if u want u can change it back
PS : i think that enchant and SA don't change if u transform the weapon

The enchant and SA do change to the new weapon.
