problem witch hb client

hello my friend got hb on cd and have problem to instal http://img196.imageshack.us/img196/52/dibujowon.jpg  look this screen he need some animations files or again download hb ( but is so hard for him ownage 15 kb/s transfer ) ? ... if someone know answer plox thx
