Track why capitans on Royal guard again not work?

So after one of last restarts that function again not work. We w8 for this all IL . When HB start that function work well. Today is disabled or bugged again. May you just answer if function is:
1. Again disabled?
2. Just bugged?

p.s. May be is not so hard to repair - again want to tell - this function work very well in start of HB ( for about 1 -2 day )

At least we deserve one answer for example " NO - they are disabled and wont work anymore like on IL or Yes Drake is informed, may be he will eneble/fix them etc.etc. Its not so hard i think.
