Cooldowns on kamael skills .. and not only

Few of the kamael skills, arbalester at least have .. INSANE cooldowns .. 20 minutes and 6 minutes.

- Ultimate Escape
- Soul barrier

Instead of stun shot, you gave arbalester "soul shock" ... which from my knowledge doesn't even exist on retail, i learn it ONLY until lvl 40, and after level 40 you don't even learn it anymore
