Atk speed isn't such a big diff, the major diff is in the arrow re-use time.

It's same as with Shining bow in beginning of C4.

between icarus  and draco bow with same p atk.. icarus is really so much better ?

Arrow re-use delay of Icarus is like 50% less compared to Draconic's one, so ye sorta.

Reuse of draconic is 1600 and of icarus is 2x + less so is not sorta is much much better, however + 0 both bows icarus have around 110_+ bigger patack so ya it really worth imo.
