I NEED HELP!!!

Guys... I need a HELP!!!
Here were i live and going to school my PC are sux a lot... So i reinstal Windows today,i wanna play only CS 1.6 xD...
And i get a big fuking problem... I dunno where is mine Video Driver CD and i dont know what type is mine graphic card Mine friend come to help me but whit a program to search what type is mine Grapohic card sad UNKNOWN... So i dont know what type is mine graph card
So any ideas how can i know what type is it ... And I only know its Integral graph card

PS : this PC are 8 years old xD this is the first time I reinstal windows bcuse i came here to my grandma and i live here bcuse school

I has the same problem when i reinstall my windows ( i lost the disc too ) Why don'y you open the case ot the PC and see what you need

open case
take out card
google the serial number on it
u'll get the name (99% times it works)
