PR/WK in dark elf skin

Pr/Wk in d.elf skin work normaly - that means stats pr/wk in d/elf skin are same like in human skin ?

i remember bajak made pr/wk in d . elf skin  and he was crying coz it didnt work normal some time ago.

u suld make this question for ppl in NM or arena where is HB allredy. in IL dark elf is bugged

if u start from delf you will have light armor mastery from wk which should be different(it is on official) then from pr.starting from human skin you will get pr light mastery
