Error with download Full-Package update

Welcome everybody
I have a little break from the L2 and finally when I download CT0,  also want to download best server DNET , the little problem begin.
The full package update cannot be download.
Autopatcher can be downloaded but it doesn't work , it seems it don't connecting with the server and cannot download patch parts.
Please resolve the problem.
