Track, i would like to know what happened with my accounts.

You said dual box is allowed. I was today logged with 2 accounts (1 account in computer and 1 in notebook). 2 chars logged, 1 getting quest items on Shrine of Loyal and another killing mobs there.

Some make KS on my mobs, I asked then to leave cause I was in weaker spawn (just 3 or 4 mobs there), then suddenly I get disconnect from server. When I log again all my chars on both accounts was banned.

I don’t understand what happened. I wasn’t using l2w, cause sometime ago I was using it to get basic mats (get drops from floor, before HB on NM) and I was advertised, since then I stopped using it.

I play here for years, everyone can confirm this, even enemies IG can confirm this and tell about me. If I did something wrong in the past I shouldn’t be punished now that I try to be an active person playing fair and honest.

I always try to help people IG, friends or not. And also ask then for help, to make things IG (like quests and other things).

I play here before NM downtime (FBI problem), and when it came back so did I, cause I play with my family (sons and husband) every time is possible.

What should I do? Buy 1 ISP for each computer I have? I just ask you to see my problem and please give me an answer as soon as possible.

Track, i've been seeing Estrelabr playing here since b4 big down time and she's a very active player, like she said, always helping ppl around and being very deacent with her replys, not like some punks, gangsta wannabe's that insult you when they get a chance. Like i said, she doesn't seem like the player that leaves game in l2w mode and go do smthg else, cause she (and her family truly love the game).

I dunno if you made a mistake judging or not, i mean i hope you didn't cause if you did, it can hapen to all of us, cheaters or not.
I just wanna say that she rly is a deacent person, a very good player and that the nm community will get poorer whitout her.

With great power comes great responsability (spiderman ftw  )

Hope that in your engagment to clean nm from l2walkers (wich i suport 100%),  ppl that don't use it don't get punished too.

Next time be smarter and as i said zilion times dont play with l2w and you wont have problems, i dont enjoy to ban people but this is just outstanding, simple dont do it sooner or later youll be caught. Have a nice day
