sonic rage skill reuse got nerfed even more now.
b4, with champ + renewal u got no reuse, now i far from this..  i think tripple also got this shit. (5x server)

Almost all of tyran/glad skills re-use time is bigger.

c4 was good just cause it got leaked from ncsoft :p
if gracia leak reveals to be true we'll get gracia soon with all features. but i am skeptical!

pony stun got nerfed badly... I mean seriously... its like 1-2 min downtime from 100% spamable with no reuse
