well i have both of them (mean AS+H and dd+MM)

i use also as+h due augmentation on it (got paralyze, and is nice when  u spammmed all your blows/mana to have such augment)

Haste if you play without rene/champ..
CD if you do..

cd damage work just with normal hit not with blow , consider that just AW and PW have focus death that increase crit damage form behind of 90% and have more attack speed its always good imo its better haste

demon +mm if its not over enchanted , at least +7+8 i think its useles cause ok damage of blows dont depend of pattack but when u end then mana its sux a lot and between AS +h and demon i still prefer AS

btw wts demon +mm+3 on infinity

CD gives more dmg at critical blows, FD is a chance, dmg doesn't depends of p atk.

my AS H got scammed, but I;ve tested it on blows on DS+mm vs AS+ CD vs Dyna + CD and you can see the difference at critical blows between them all, mostly easy to check at backstab on FD

i did a test in IL ... with slaymore  full and w/0 buff cd vs haste   dmg is same  max  cd give 20 dmg more so   20 dmg < 7% attack.speed+reuse  but that was  in IL  for HB dunno i personally used haste   

I'm using AS+H too since neither I know'bout HB.That's why I'm asking.
