Is summon friend bugged?

Hi, i have a Warlock and i dont know whats going on with this skill. I use it on a targeted member party (wich have a sumoning cristal in his inventory) but he doesnt teleport with me... why?

is not bugged, but disallowed.

did u notice? lately many new created forum accounts (low post count) and they ask about skills.

and they notice, that its not working, it got nerfed,  half disabled or not implemented.


this clearly is not good advertisement for DNet.
