unused clan halls

is there any chance gm (or maybe drake) take a look into clan halls and clan owners activity?

couse i m sure that there are a lot of them in all servers, owned by fake clan (and this could be ok.... like a academy to lvl up alt char) and other owned by no more active clans


it's not good for old players neither for newcomers

i try to bought the CH in aden from angus clan (noone of them play from centuries i guess) but they refused.....

i still have one chra in angus (good example)

clan hall neither has npc inside
and  owners left for another server around 1 year ago

1 year? 1 year without paying for ch? then how they still got it?

ask to coders (btw, clan hall rent should be 10kk/month)

and also, dunno if ch has to pay some rent, if there is no npc active inside (leader removed all privilege and deleted all npc)

GMs should do smthing with it. Put on sail those CH that have not been used for a long time. Even a year. Sure there will be at least few CH to give active clans.

give a chance to also lesser clan to get a clan hall

i never had one but i can imagine u have to bid.

how much is max bid?

if a lesser clan can get that money, why shouldnt they have a chance to get it?


imo is better if a little clan has one clanhall, than a bigger clan that owns 2 clanhall+a castle

its easy the payment of ch its fixed to 1x when imo must be x5 x10 x30 so no more 10kk week but 50kk 100kk 300kk and so on... and u will see how not active clan will not take it

who put 999KK bid for CH gets it still
so when u put them back on the market, some bot dude will make that bid first and get the ch, then sell it for coins (using the same "bug" to resell it, come on, everyone knows it by now)

so there will be no real difference.

ps: u cant delete the NPCs u can only remove all rights
