Question for Track

My char has little problem,
My main class is wl and i made retail th and subbed it paladin in c4
I stopped playing a while and i am back in HB and find out that my char is considered mutant and cant pass more than lvl 80,
But i  made char with sub from the same race, so is this trouble will be the same as mutant who mixed races or is there any fixes for it,
I hope i get any answers from track.
