ES - Unicorn Seraphim

OK so i am SPS/ES, i maxed Summon Unicorn Seraphim skill and when i summoned him i was really dissapointed cos he lack 4 skill...... Acumen (lvl 3), Clarity (lvl 3), Empower (lvl 3), Wild Magic (lvl 2) and Cure of Seraphim isn't working well it cures only sleep and root as i seen so far and it should cure sleep, root, anchor, silence and stun
Is that some kind of bug or is Seraphim nerfed?

Cure is not 100%, so try harder..
