Doesn't matter if it lands, it has no effect on balance and group heal.

lvl 80, forgot change on temple knight stat, no valor, enchanted skills from c4 on +9,
no forgotten scrolls, no toggle, hero dagger, ...

kinda low stats still...but well, u r just pw/tk after all... or not full buff or dunno ...what was the point of that screen?
