Sword to Activate.

Light = no mdef/pdef bonus
Heavy = mdef/pdef bonus

speed, atk speed, accuracy bonus with all weapons during effect.

Blunt, twohanded blunt = crit dmg
Sword, Twohanded sword, pole, FIST = critical rate.

General effects: P.def and M.def + 50 %, Speed + 30. While in use, the effects of HP regeneration magic decreases - 80 %.
With sword: A.Speed + 30 %, Accuracy + 6, Crit +100 in addition.
With blunt: A.Speed + 30 %, Accuracy + 6, critical damage + 100 % in addition.

speed, atk speed, accuracy bonus with all weapons during effect.

no. only with 1/2 handed sword/blunt  (fists?) you get the atk spd and accuracy bonus.
as the description says "with all other weapons, only speed is raised" and that is true here
