Is it possible to make pp/bd whereas spoiler is main non subbed char without 3rd prof. If so, how to and whats the path ?

what about  taking retail on spelhowler -> exping 75, taking retail pp -> exping 78 making 3rd prof, taking quest for horn, adding sub bd while being on pp stats and exping to 78 makig 3rd prof ? possible or no1 tried ?
