Dont get me wrong but you hardly will find someone to do this trade cause x5 server is to hard  even with walkering 24/7 ...

For example if you was offering me +20 weapons and boss set+6 and whatever top shits there are on Infinity and you were asking for my medium worth items on NM ,i would refuse.
