lvl 81 skills

Well we all know that  l2 in NM server and not only in this server isn't so balanced. I will not mention about advantages which depends on  equip , I would like to add only about  skills. I believe that skills must be available to all players . Some Forgotten scrolls dropped in bosses where only few clans or players can earn.

It's not about me, coz maybe i can afford the scroll i need, it's about all players in server, if they can't play in full skills there is no point to play in this server
It's about skills , no equip....so in my opinion must be available to all...it will be good for the server

it's about server...it's not personal....and  i rly believe that server deserve some serious opinions if ppl want it too ofc....

90 % of lvl 81 skill atm are bugged or dont work correctly...

It's a point too....but some works, but i rly belive it will be good for all and for the server to have at least all the players the same skills....
