Forgotten Scrolls still don't work! :/

As on topic write don't work from ~ 1 month. As I hear same problem with Song of Windstorm. So why half of this scrolls can be learned and other half couldn't? And half of people already learn it and other half cant ...

I'm almost sure that i made when was server ON now. Will try later too (now am  on work now).

I am not quite sure, 1 player from NM also asked me about this (before downtime thou) , couldnt learn the skill then loged off full check and was fine, but im not sure if is FW scroll.

hm, if full check can fix this type of error, does it mean, that error is in client files?
so player has item ID= XXX (stored on server), and client has description XXX= 'something'
after making full check (changing client files) description becomes  XXX= "something different"

So.... player has other item,than he thinks,  in this case not FW scroll? xD

Made full check few mins ago. Didnt help.
Still cant learn windstorm (sword muse lvl 80).
Any other ideas?

Track i think protection of rune/elemental/alignment shoud be in passiv skills but we have thats in activ... Now we dont have much slots in buffbar to use it so try to repair it or something like this please.

Trigger : Chance to trigger additional effect, resistance to Fire / Water / Wind / Earth / Holy / Unholy +20 and M.def +1000 in addition when attacked.

This chance is possible only when i used activ skill prot of rune/elem/align   

PS: i dont qq but tell me about it. maybe i am wrong

Track problem is not in me :/ Try at 5 comps with game and full check. One guy from clan (who learned before time this skill) log my char and again same .. :/
Can you please check this, because i wait to learn it from ~ 1-2 months

And my clan leader logged my char from other country and same ...
