I know you tell me, but maybe this problem is on human stats (dunno why me and 1 more th/pp cant learn it)

This happened to me too, I couldn't learn dance of the blade storm and I had lvl. I'm not sure if I went to npc to learn it or not, cause for some FS I needed to go to npc.

only sps/ee goot boost vs ee/es from removing active aug, the rest just die slower, but still possible
