u disabled it in oly now fix its reuse

since u did a great job on disabling augments in oly , can u now fix the reuse of nuke augments , it makes no sense now to keep the 3 sec reuse , let me at least enjoy hitting instead of being totally useless

i still don't like getting 3x m crits in a row from focking sps/ee
even w/o wmpassive  they have chances to win, but at least it will make a fight look like a fight, not like is now
