Problem after selecting Character

Hello,

After selecting my character I press start to play the game and then the screen turns bright and windows comes up with a window and say's L2exe isn't working anymore.

How do I solve this problem?

u mean that u select char, press ok, and during login it crash?

does it give u an error windows with a code?
(in past happened something like that in certain zones like Saint near heine....problem solved turning of antivirus during login)

No, I select my char, press ok then the game is loadling. Then I see my char in aden after a few seconds Windows pops up saying ''L2 exe isn't working anymore. We are looking for a solution. But the weird thing is when I create a new character the game does work! Is it because I just started playing again? Or are my chars bugged??? please help
