Serious problem that needs fix pliz

Yesterday after alot of farm..ehm PvP in the coliseum event I reached those damned 200 event coins I got my Great Cannon!!! but when I equipped it... nothing... the weapon do not appears in the hands of my char and it get stuck like a robot that moves like it has 4 wheels under its feet...

Fix pliz...I wanna use the great cannon =-))

Same with mine new hat but i just restart l2 and all work
