Little Problem with acc

Hello, i have question: can gm change mail for acc?
few days ago i have bought a acc in allegro.pl (is something like ebay but in poland). This person who sold me acc didnt get me any questions/mails:| He didn't steal something, but he logging evryday to my acc(and waste my Oly points  ) ;(. How can i proof that I bought it? I have a lot of screens, and links (about page with this trade). So tell me, if there is any way to change this mail ;( Plz help me Is very very imniceant to me...
