Some Issues after reboot

Hello,

1. We didnt have siegecrest(shield, sword) and it was immposible for us to engrave (with main clan and bot clan) wy try by 30 minuts and nothing.
2. I dont see any War crests and dont even 1 clan on list i try to send some wars but its immposible
3. I cant give privileges to any1 from clan

clans like BH didnt hade this but Pawciu we participe in the same time... meybe its some realation between those facts

i participated on boot clan in same time like u
