Dear Track  

i have a question. u have enough skill in that kind of problems  

after holidays i had a break. after that break (that means 3-4weeks ago)

i have huge lags in game. Moreover on every sites like speedtest.net i noticed all ok,

ping, sending, uploading are ok. i talked with my net - provider and they dont see any problems.

I dunno what is wrong, i resintal system, setup new antywirus, change my net from WIFI to Ethernet,

and nothing. Need to target ppl like 3-4 times in game - it is very hard. I heared mby any ports i have blocked

to dragon-network. i have same on all servers Nightmare / Dragon etc.

Try from another net, if you can.
Or try on another l2 staff and check if you lag, if you do still lag then it obviously has nothing to do with Dnet.
Eventually, if none of these helped, try from your net, with another computer.

1st u didnt told us where are u from, 2nd u didnt told us do u have any external/internal firewall ,3rd what security programs are you using,4th try this test http://www.pingtest.net/ and tell us results (watch out for packet loss) and 4th tell us results on speedtest too.

I bet your results are for poland, (i pretty much doubt that by that advice you chose not closest server to you) game server is in germany
If track will give any advice based on date you provided, he will dissapoint anyone, who knows anything about networking
use freaking pathping to dnet, and post results, only then you will see, where the lag comes from
