Actually its not a Gracia final,  is more like other way of coding things that already exists,so basically all those mentioned skills exists long ago we just set it up to be more balanced so is not like we are moving to gracia final or something.
However saying that 50% of thigs not working makes u look stupid.

I think taht it cna bring only more fun coz we will see some dead chars again like sorc/pp bd/se etc... and oly will become more balanced. we have some issues with hellbound but for sure isnt 50% . And this update with RB its really awsome coz now we have something more to do than pvp on varka befor i had around 5-10 ppl activ durning the week now i have around 20+ .  I know that can hurts some "temps memebrs" which gives they honor and dignity to get some equip. Coz now others clans heve the same chance to get soem drop :p
