shield defense vs magic hits ! (screenshot update)

6 days ago or so i notice shield defense from magic hits . i didnt had time to see it carefully cause of pvp so today i went and test it.
there is shield defense from magic hits (tetsed my self, borred to upload pic go test ur self) and there is also shield excellence.
anyone else has seen that ? am im missing smth i should know (like ye thats the way it works now ) or else wtf is this ?

IL feature, anyway it didn't worked back then :

The Wizard class attack spells have been changed to allow the target a chance to defend against the following:

Wind Strike, Aqua Swirl, Twister, Blaze, Death Spike, Prominence, Ice Dagger, Hurricane

I to noticed it the other day, makes tanks with shield more usefull It does not block nearly as much as physical attacks though even if you're a tank with toggles on.

well at start of hb i knew its working like that for tanks with togles on, tho had no idea "normal" shield user is also afected by this, anyway, tanks for sure should block magical attacks, but only tanks, not every1 with shield, but i can be wrong
