Changing of nicks by GMs

Idea:
make custom NPC where player can ask for nick change, npc will do:
-check if there is free nick as player want,
    -if yes then put him new nick and take ur coins (delete from inv)
    -in other case write nick was already taken, u cant own it.
or
-check if there is free nick as player want,
  - if yes then add him to some list and take coins and GM will put him new nick later
  - in other case write nick was already taken, u cant own it.

result:
non of GMs will take any coins from player (players will be more happy couse GM dont own coins) = no corruption

another problems:
players start talk dont change nicks couse scammers/bad ppl will have new nicks
-simply add rule to npc if char was banned for more then xx hours dont allow him nick change

I think it's really hard (imo imposible) to configure an npc to be able to change the names.

How could it be corruption giving coins to a GM? Why would a GM need coins?

i think people shouldn't be able to change their nicks like that with an NPC

already gms are too generous with it, imo they should be only changing nicks like xXfir3st4rterXxPL into Firestarter cos firestarter was taken when he made char
