- About "nerfing chars" i can only asure you we will blance game as much as it is in our power (u must understand some mistakes are written in roots by NCsoft)

i think u misunderstood, question is, if nerfs made at other servers will affect Valkyrie also, as an example i give last tank update, not needed and not wanted and NM but applied anyway.

It all depends of a "update nerf" if we have real obvious reason to apply it yes why not, if we see it false we wont take it.Well in generally all major updates that DN makes (security,chornicle,etc..updates) we will have too, but small ones , called boost-nerf-balance updates (that are most interesting for players) those updates we will decide what to apply and what not. And of course community will be listened , but then again community cant always decide about some things.

Well we are planing to make something you will see but belive me its a huge help and head start for , i cant say new players since when we open everybody are new players right   , however it will be a secret but it will happen, thats all for now about that subject.

Aboslutly NO custom DNET sets nor stats of icaurs/dynasty weapons , weapons will have stats same as on official server.

So a new server on DN... Took you some time....  Yet that thing looks good.

It will prove one thing, if L2 still has some focus or not.  I may give it a try until Tera goes up.  And that I told Ill never touch L2 again, but DN is a heart thing, cant get it out of mind easily when there is such a chance.
