Transformation Sealbooks - for example Divine Wizard

I've lost some time to get 3rd class for my retail subclass and then level it to 80 everything just to get and try this transformation book. Guess what ? It doesn't work... :/ Is anyone here except me that have made this and took book from Avant-Garde NPC ? Maybe is just the Divine WIzard that isnt workin or my case is an exception. Peace

It is working, its just temporarly disabled cause we are testing some things, after its done we will enable it.
