at the beggining u need at least Spoiler + Crafter + Support chars otherwise you will buy BSSC for 10k each or smth like that..

one IP address connection per one account is possible, another accounts would be manually added to the specific IP by admins... so its quiet possible on some servers that are aware of fake or double accounts users. I don't get it why Gms dont care about that... if its going to roll like on other servers then i dont see the point in playing on Valkyria... another Dragon x 15 copy? ohhh c'mon... WORK ON IT !

Maybe. But you aren't doing anything to change it. There are ways to sniff l2w users. If GM's can't manage it maybe the whole community can do smthng and for the first time ENJOY the MULTI-player aspect of the game.
