1. will be mana pots?
2. will there be 1st/2nd class changer cats or marks in shop?
3. will be separated buff bars (Hb style, dances+songs in new line)?
4. all skills or just active skills can be obtainable with DN Subs?

It will be the same as currently on other DN servers. Lets take TH/PP for example even though both class has light mastery you will only benefit from one.
