During this down time we did some house cleaning on the database, and all those who got ban from the incident happened on Saturday should be all freed now.

Some raid boss' stats has been reduced slightly

However as you may have noticed server is still not up. This is caused by unexpected server stability issue which started from this afternoon, we weren't able to resolve the problem so we contacted the guys at the datacenter, they are taking a look at it right now so I will keep you posted.

We know about NPC buffers/Mobs/SS lags, that happened after last restart it was quite fine before, so we are looking at it, we have no doubts it will be all okey during the day, just have a little more patience,thank you.

Since you flooded general section i will write here instead of replying to each one of you.

Yes we know server is unstable last few days, and you can be sure Descent.Drake,Me and few more people are working on fixing those loops who makes a crash, we cleaned some errors we got and there are few others to be checked/fixed. However i dont know if you noticed but, but Dragon x15 server is also affected by this "wierd issues" of crashing without reason, so we are not the only one.
I also want to remind you in 1st week we had 3-4 days of uptime so there is no reason to have same or even bigger uptime in the future,every server has its own issues sometimes.
We can asure you this is just temporary siutation which will pass quite soon, since we are on its case 24/7,and  in the end do you really think we like this kind of situations instead of working on gameplay boosts/events and so on....but life is like that sometimes and all we can do at this point is to promoise you fast fix and work on it 27/7 (as we are doing it anyway).
Also we cant put servers down and fix cause we need it running cause of logs/dumpts/errors in general.

Once again we are sorry for inconvenience, but it is just a temporary issue, once is fixed everything, including our work to make you better gameplay/events/usual fixes.... will be back to normal!

Hi,
For the past few days we have been checking all the logs minutes before the time of crash in hope to see a pattern to find the main cause of the crash but have not yet narrowed down the issue. Dragon server had the same issue but resolved itself within a few days, the only difference between the two servers is 7 signs so we have cleared all 7 sign data and is now running same 7 sign as Dragon and hope this will change something.

We apologies for the crappy uptime of the server recently and trying to resolve this as soon as we can.

We have been disabling many things and turning them back on on server to find the cause and the latest one was the sub npc last night at around 11pm and server was up for 15hrs +, we will be enabling the npc back but stripped down to see the actual cause of the crash. So eventually she will be back to normal.

Npc not working issue has been fixed.

Coming days there will be a new npc to allow those with same main class and retail to switch.
