Improved buff's dosn't works, when i tried to learn improved magic or critical by duble click on book it's written that it can not be used, SE have 75 lvl

they are lvl 76 skills on DNET

It is bugged on other server also (x15) few months ago I have learnt my SE at 70lvl and now I cant, with PP  also.
I think you need 76lvl as on other servers.
