Low rate servers are meant to be played LONG
If you lvl up to 79 in less than a week it means the server AINT a LOW RATE
So at least admit it's a pure bullshit lvling up so easily

9x is not low rate, its mid rate, with this custom pots, tatoos and dualbox allowed i would even say its pvp high rate server.

I told before this server opened, it wont take long to xp up to 78lvl, dont know whats so strange, its hb, not c1,c2 or c3.
