dude check some site ... maybe try pm fun ... or here tank's are too OP Damage Dealers so they dont need weapon mastry xD

lvl 10 is max for you

The max level of masteries is lowered for certain classes, to prevent stacking of those masteries. It is custom made, but you gain same bonus.
