If you make this mistake you will need to craft this weapon or to find it from full drop or to start quest again with new weapon! 
(For example: You have Damascus sword  and click on to exchange the top weapon B)

but what about regular?
i usually exchanged sword of delusion into SLS

2x SLS+500 SOP = DUAL SLS

I talk only for full weapon B from coin system. You can use mamon for upgrade C-grade weapons to SLS.

Buy 2x SLS = 6k Bronze Coins
2x SLS+500 SOP = DUAL SLS

Here is other option who work. Crafted Dual SLS from SLS by coins.
