Storm Screamer nad Wind Vortex Slug

just because it's DN I do not know if it's a bug here or what, but Wind Vortex Slug doesnt work as it should.
It's fine when using on pvp, but it doesnt work on mobs at all.

Please do not tell me that I don't know how to use it, cuz I do, and either sth is wrong with this skill or with skill on my char. Looking forward for fast reply, thanks

I can see that none of GMs/Admins check this section, and me, writing what is wrong with this server is pointless...
