When SUb npc will work ? some ppl want to make sub but can't  imo it's not fair when some  f.g no life ppl get subs and when normal duded want to take it , they can't . not fair . yes is qqing problem cuz in other topic gm autmatically shut down the topic with no reply .
Stuck Sub serv w/o stuck sub npc is imo ironic , pointless and no logical . Plz answer  dunno " week . 2 weekd . 20 days etc ...

Edit : If the problem can't be solved  maybie this solution will help : Set Time when npc will work e.g 4 pm gmt +1 every day . with difficulty server will crash but ppl can take subs . Atm is unbalanced situation

Agree! Maybe every 19:00 GMT 0 make NPC sub on, for ppl who need sub. Its kinda crazy... do it fast QQ
