Lets say mark only answer when subject = donny, and kotenka dindt log for like 3-4 months so sup with this ppl? they leave or something w/o telling anyone? GM Shock told us to wait for drake because mark+kotenka are gone.. some rumors was that they play shit game AION or w/e

It doesnt exist, im reading u parameters from direclty from panel, and there is no such a xml. but this is average amount of players its boosted a bit for weekends.

that status page shows exactly the numbers, that login server sends in ServerList packet.
Same info your see at loging screen in verbal form in trafic column:
Light (blue):  below half of MaxPlayers, returned in same packet
Normal(yellow) : above half of MaxPlayers
High(red): - even more than normal

So 2 choices:
-you have no idea what you are talking about
-or loging server works by wrong protocol, and returns random numbers (for this case random numbers prolly depend on day time, uptime of server...cause those numbers reflect real activity at evenings,sieges, downs...)

before saying this check both sources, your panel info and loging server info.. there is pretty big chance that those infos will be alike(dunno how often loging server should upate his infos, after each loging, or once in 10 min) 
anyway, ask drake what that status page is, till he, the owner of the site, proves i'm wrong, you can't deny that i'm right and both ways are true(panel and site)
