Here's what I'll do. I'm sorry if you don't find this fair but it seems best to me

1. post already in BadUsers before me being made Jailer -> watch list
2. posts with 100% obvious evidence of botting after i've been made jailer -> ban
3. posts with not 100% obvious evidence -> watch list

My tactic is to PREVENT botting more than banning people, so we keep high population without bots.
Also the idea is to have people STOP botting by showing them that WE WILL FIND YOU and ban you.
