Why?

The very system msg files you all use, everyone uses it, is edited with the same file editor that is used to edit zoom min. and max.

Banning someone for this, means banning everyone, since everyone who will have a single digit different from official files concerning system msges, damage window, toolbar, user, commandnames and so fort is breaking server rules.

Yes this is your work and perm ban for l2w ? Are you crazy? In all server have 10-20 guys who not yuse l2w another all is yusing,if you want server with 10-20 guys dont stop ,and i cant understand 1 why donators not get ban when they yusing l2w ? AAA coz  they are making your sallery?

That makes zero sense as well. If everyone would run on the street and start shooting each other, would make murder legal because everyone is doing it anyway? And arresting everyone would result in less people on the streets? No, rules are there to make order and a fair game experience for everyone. L2walker is forbidden by server rules and is obviously considered as cheating, so using it will result in ban, doesn't matter if everyone else would use it, you got caught, so got banned.
And retarded people whining about donators not getting banned and shit are always around, so no surprise there.

Im only curious what will happen with Crows, they tried to exploit zaken. Unfortunately for them, GM was online but I dont believe that it was their first try.

Just 1 think to take in consideration. Every official server and game (mmorpg fps and so on) are always full checked or checked on the go during player gameplay (punkbuster and so on). So being able to even play on DN-Net with editet files its already a security issue that Drake should fix 1st day he start server.

So being able to even play on DN-Net with editet files its already a security issue that Drake should fix 1st day he start server.

Having those files checked all the time would mean you wouldn't be able to play with a colored systemmsg window, other commands and so forth either.
The color system you see in the systemmsg.ini, which you see ingame in the System Message window displaying your damage given, damage taken, what skills used etc. is all edited by Drake and can be edited by anyone from simply changing a color scheme or changing an entire message, it can be edited by anyone.

Maximum zoom is locked in those files, for merely the reason you would lock MAX amount of Players or NPC loaded in 1 screen or MAX viewing distance, to decrease possible lag on less powerful machines. I've personally always changed all the L2 files to the way I see fit, never had a problem with it. I've always had max zoom and max viewing distance and max PC loads enabled through my files, simply because my PC was capable of handling it. There's nothing wrong with it and Drake approves it, if he wouldn't, he couldn't have edited the files in the first place and passed them on through the loader, he should've used the custom ones and made it only possibly to enter the game with all the official files. But wait! This is DN and it's all custom, including system messagers and .ini files xd

I already talked with other GMs about and it's not problem. We can use Zoom HAck w/o any risk. Topic to close.
