how many people the need for valakas, whit your clan alone its impossible, maybe start to use a ally in the proper way

On official Valakas is killable by 6-7 parties. In every party is BP/2x Recharger/BD/SWS/(OL/WC depends of party combination)/3 nukers.
So he is really killable by 18-21 people.

Most likely it will not be changed until september.

In my view ( Torn or Descent might not agree on this ) all epics should be killable @ respawn, as it is on retail. Problem is, there is no competition for most raids, except baium (small) and aq ( sometimes ) here AND respawn rate is not correct

Baium - 5 days
Antharas - 7 days
Valakas - 9 days
Zaken - 3 days

Imo just Baium should be changed to 5 days. Because every 1.5 day it's a bit freaked
